If you look further down on the page you referenced, you will see the description of the Review Summary component.  The review and review summary can be (and likely are) on different pages.

Do you still need help?These workflow launchers are shipped preconfigured and it is not expected that they would be modified. The launchers should only run on author.  On publish, the messages are reverse replicated.- JK
