At the end of it, any page is a HTML. It renders in the similar order of your HTML divs. So firstly global.jsp, then head.jsp etc...All the components would be stored in content.jsp and the order would be order in which nodes are stored under jcr:contentHope thats clear.

You can create a live copy in TouchUI by following the below stepGoto http://localhost:4502/sites.html/contentclick on '+Create' and select 'Create Live Copy' and follow the stepsbut for creating blueprint, I didnt see the option in TouchUI. You may have to use the /miscadmin (ClassicUI) .
