  • Yes, that would be a good start. Once you decide what's your primary project out of the three, you should be able to move tasks, issues, documents and so on from the other two projects into the primary project. The only thing you will have to map out manually are the custom forms (if any). -Rowvill

  • Hi @MariaCr2 , Yes, users with a contributor license will be able to add comments and updates on projects, tasks and issues. However, as per the below documentation they should not be able to add comments on portfolios and programs  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/administ...

  • Yes. This issue/limitation is after considering the 4 hour time lag.

  • Hey @AWoody  There is no native feature to merge two projects but you can copy/move tasks from one project to another. Can you expand on your use case? What are the components of the two projects you are trying to merge. -Rowvill

  • I recently used WF Data connect and setup a reader account on Snowflake. We are making an API call to the snowflake tables to get Custom project data. The problem we are facing is that the changes we do on custom form dropdown options do net get retroactively updated on the snowflake table.  For e.g...

  • Hi @TraKill , Your first module won't achieve the outcome you are expecting. Maybe your first module should be "watch proof activity", then add a filter for your team and the proof activity being a reminder or deadline passing (if available), then I think your second module should be a custom api ca...

  • Hey @HeenaShirke , There is no built in native functionality to create status paths. This is a great idea and you should add it to the ideas section of this community. Nevertheless, you can explore two other alternatives -  Set up a Fusion scenario that listens for status changes. If an “invalid” sta...

  • @DarkAngel so true. The groups/teams maintenance is anyway a part of administration. Don’t know if proof HQ is here to stay but this basic feature is definitely tool agnostic.

  • Agreed with @skyehansen Deleting documents from a Request Queue also deletes them from the Issues/Requests they're attached to. They are the same document, not duplicates. If you remove them from the queue, they're gone
