Yes, that would be a good start. Once you decide what's your primary project out of the three, you should be able to move tasks, issues, documents and so on from the other two projects into the primary project. Agreed with @skyehansen Deleting documents from a Request Queue also deletes them from the Issues/Requests they're attached to. They are the same document, not duplicates. If you remove them from the queue, they're gone
