I'm curious what the 'can't live without' scenario you'd pick. Connector, no connector - your choice.

IMO - you're better off building a calculated field that populates at the top of the project form and copying/pasting the name then wasting a scenario on that. 

@SarahGa @afallanca @lucasbrito not sure if you ever resolved this. I'm in the process of implementing a marketing communication calendar that is managed by our marketing team and marketing stakeholders, and then shared publicly with the organization.  I've gotten it to do everything I wanted EXCEPT...

We created a 'metatag' list and the user can select from a drop down field whatever is applicable. We have a prompt based report that allows others to search on it.
