@YashwantRa - I don't think currently there is a way through console to change alert trigger time unless anyone else in community can advise otherwise. You may reach out to client care and sometimes they help in custom set ups like these. Someone has shared an idea and you may like it to increase it...

Can you consider creating a date range with fixed start and rolling end? For example - Nov 5 - today or yesterday. For previous period, are you looking for fixed days? For previous period, you can keep end of as fixed day and start as rolling?Current Period-  Previous Period-
