  • Hi @Lilit Mkrtchyan - the white space occurs most of the time for me, as I usually scroll quite quickly. It may not affect all users as often, if they're only scrolling a few lines at a time. David Cornwell

  • Hi @Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore - you're right...that is very jumpy. I didn't encounter that because I use the mouse wheel to scroll rather than clicking and dragging the scroll bar. When you use the mouse wheel to scroll, it does still jump a bit at the transition to full-sreen, but I haven't found ...

  • I suspect the jumpiness is related to the lazy-rendering which loads the next set of tasks as you scroll. I think the issue is that it hasn't quite loaded them fast enough and so you see some white space for a short period of time while you scroll. @Lilit Mkrtchyan is no doubt looking into this....p...

  • One of our users has reported an issue with custom drop-down fields in the task list. When you click on a field and the drop-down list appears, pressing a key doesn't take you to that section of the list. Instead you have to scroll and click with the mouse, which takes much longer. This is a big bac...

  • One more option in addition to @Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore 's expert advice......if you have a Custom Refresh sandbox then you may be able to go back a lot further than 1 week, depending on when you last refreshed it (as it doesn't auto refresh weekly). This can be a life-saver if you only notice th...

  • There is an update on the issue with our Team Working On Calendars. We have found that it is related to the timezones on the users' PCs. If they are in the same timezone as our default system schedule, it is fine. However if it is any other timezone then they can't see anything on the calendar. We'r...

  • Hi @Lilit Mkrtchyan - our PMs have reported a few issues to me re the new lists functionality: The Filter button is not being seen as a suitable replacement for ctrl-F. The reason is that they need to be able to jump to a section of the list and work on surrounding tasks. Ctrl-F used to allow them...

  • Hi Jared, I see 10 lines before needing to scroll...I guess it depends on the screen res. The thick blue line related to the preview environent will of course be gone when it's in Production, so that should add 1 or 2 more rows. However I would like it if Workfront could reduce the size of the white...
