We have had the same idea, this would be a HUGE addition to the Kanban Board.

We need the ability to change the dates on the scrum board. As a marketing agency, we have due dates throughout our cycle, rather than delivering everything at the end of the cycle. This would eliminate a lot of headaches, and allow us to work in cycles.
