Give the administrator the ability to config the Done button in the layout template. Have the option to Display Done button or Status Drop down.

It will be great to link colour of the comment back ground to a specific group. This will enable you to quickly see comments made by eg. legal group member is red, compliance group be green See my example

Need the ability to add the approval buttons to Project, Task, Issue, Document report objects. This will allow for users to create their own approval report on dashboards.

I would like to have the ability to add color shading and condition formatting on the cards/item list. See the attached image for some mock-ups
