Viewing the Backlog only shows stories if the parent project's status equates to Current. This makes viewing the backlog difficult when the Requested and Planning projects are the backlog.
To Kristen: Yes, we're aware of the "Copy To" functionality. My suggestion is to have the same "Duplicate Task" functionality that exists in the Project objects, because of its ease-of-use and quickness.

Yes, this would be great. Currentl, we have to create issues with a custom form attached to record other important information about risks. This means we have a risk report and an issue report to view information on our projects' risks.
Updating existing records via Kick Start would be fantastic. This would enable a project manager, for example, to update hundreds of tasks in different projects, with different percentages, durations, etc.
Exclude folders within folders from the document count. For instance, a project contains 4 documents, as per what the Documents tab shows; but a Folder indicates it contains 5 elements, which are all folders. So, it becomes really hard to find a document.
We use Issues with Custom Forms for this. First, create a Custom Form with the fields you want. Then, create a Queue Topic called "Lesson Learned" by going to the Project or Project Template > Queue setup > Queue topic and add the Custom Form you created to this.
