  • Hopefully, I am understanding your question correctly, but in order to be able to add Tasks (or make any other changes) to a Template, an individual needs to have "Manage" access permission on the Template itself (via Template Sharing). Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

  • On the Task report, try Project --> Portfolio. This will give you the name of the Portfolio in which the Project resides. Is this what you were looking for...? Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

  • Was the last task completed after the project planned completion date? Say the Schedule you have set in Workfront is 9 to 5, and say the last task was completed on Jan. 22 but at 5:10 pm. In Workfront, this would make your last task "Late", which in turn would make the project "In Trouble". This art...

  • Did you happen to change the custom "Designer" field in any way AFTER you had created the Workfront report and exported to Excel? Reason why I ask is that I had something similar happen to me a couple of weeks ago. We had a field on a custom form that was set up as a Number field but then we switche...

  • The EXISTS (or in this case NOTEXISTS) text code should be able to work for this. Taking text code from a "Programs Without Projects" report that I have for admin cleanup, I just changed a couple of items to get the following - on a Template report, in the Filter tab, switch to text mode and add: EX...

  • Under the Reports tab, there is also a "Report" report that looks like it will allow you to group and filter by a few items. It also allows you to add the Shared With column. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

  • Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but on the Report tab, there is a View called Reports Sharing List, that shows a "Shared With" column, where you can see who the report has been shared with. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

Hi Frank, Try this. In your Task Report, add a column, then switch to text mode and add the following text. I tested this out quickly, and it seems to work (provides linkable original request name). descriptionkey=name displayname=Issue/Request Name isInlineEditable=false link.linkproperty.0.name=ID...

Hi Muneer, Add a column to your Proof Approval report, switch to text mode, and add the following code. I tested it out on my end, and it pulled in the home team of the proof owner. displayname=Proof Owner Home Team link.linkproperty.0.name=homeTeam:name link.linkproperty.0.valuefield=proofOwner:hom...

Hi Danielle, I have not tried/used this myself, but in Task Report, there is a field under "Assignment Users" called "Has Time Off" with a True/False toggle. Perhaps that with a timeframe filter will provide you with what you were looking to do...? Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services
