  • Hi Frank, Try this. In your Task Report, add a column, then switch to text mode and add the following text. I tested this out quickly, and it seems to work (provides linkable original request name). descriptionkey=name displayname=Issue/Request Name isInlineEditable=false link.linkproperty.0.name=ID...

  • Hi Muneer, Add a column to your Proof Approval report, switch to text mode, and add the following code. I tested it out on my end, and it pulled in the home team of the proof owner. displayname=Proof Owner Home Team link.linkproperty.0.name=homeTeam:name link.linkproperty.0.valuefield=proofOwner:hom...

  • Hi Danielle, I have not tried/used this myself, but in Task Report, there is a field under "Assignment Users" called "Has Time Off" with a True/False toggle. Perhaps that with a timeframe filter will provide you with what you were looking to do...? Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

  • Hi Lori, Doug...looks like this is a Known Issue: Searching for an item in the quick Search field results in no items returned . From the notice, looks like it is only affecting Cluster 3. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services

  • Hi Renee, you might try this. You'll need to add a valueexpression to your Grouping that CONCATs the fields. For example, the below will group together the Project Name and the Project Planned Completion Date on a Task Report on one line but will also work on an Assignment Report. Click on Grouping ...

  • User may not have permissions to view all of the objects contained within the report. If you go to Report Settings --> Report Options, you will see a box for "Run this report with the Access Rights of:", then enter a name - if you are the System Admin, then you can add your name here, and the user w...

  • This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but if you are a System Admin, under Setup --> Recycle Bin, you can see Recently Deleted items (projects, tasks, issues, documents, templates). It will show you who deleted the item and the deletion date/time. The only caveat is that recently deleted...

We started that way when we launched as a double check of sorts for our Project Owners to review the project to make sure everything was 'done' for a project before moving it to Complete status. And, we just left it th...
