  • Thanks for the expanded explanation. I didn't know about running the scenario to help populate the list. I ended up adding a module with the "Set Variable" tool. I attached the blueprint for anyone interested.

  • Right. newState appears, but ID isn't listed in the collection. In a different scenario, I have newState.ID as a "custom variable". How do I create custom variables.

  • Thanks. I'll give that a try. Does your event trigger use the user ID? If so, how are you pulling it? In my test scenario I have a custom variable that is "newsTate.ID", but I can't figure out how I got that.

  • The issue was that the user didn't have "manage it" access to all projects in the portfolio. The thing to look for is the checkbox next to the project will be greyed out in the Portfolio Optimizer.

  • I may be overlooking something, but we have a portfolio where the "set priority" button in the optimizer is greyed out for the portfolio manager. Other users have the same button enabled.
