Ability to export items on the "Request" view into excel or PDF, like we are on the "Projects" and "Portfolio" views.

Is there a way to define a "backup" approver for timesheets. If a manager is going to be out of the office for a week or couple of weeks, is there a way for them to assign a specific person to have the ability to approve their timesheets while they are out of the office.

I am looking to create a report that shows the total number of requests in a que, the number of new issue added to that que each month, number of issues completed for that que each month. any ideas on how to go about getting this?thanksShawn
