  • You may simply want to go to the PEOPLE area, RESOURCE PLANNING tab, and look at the RESOURCE GRID. Set your filter to inlcude only those 2 (either by role or by name) and set your date range. You can then see their allocated time by project (and drill furhter if you wish).

To hide it in the list of MyTemplates, you'll need to adjust your filter. One way of doing this is assigning the template to a specific gr...

  • Your topic brings up another, highly relevant point. We've been asking for awhile for improved benefits tracking. The current state of having a GOALS table, which isnt even reportable, and one numeric field, just doesn't cut it. You idea of specific metrics tracking is spot on. Since we do not g...

  • Thanks for bringing this up, David. The incomplete view mapping has been a sore spot for us for quite awhile. Home team name is essential. We've also been begging for some way of overriding "No Value" to something else, such as "Unidentified", "Null", or "Missing Data". "No Value" has raised too man...

  • The custom for should also auto-attach. All you really need to do is be sure that the fields you need are in a view, then the first form with that field shoudl auto-attach to the task and all should be good. As Greg mentioned, be sure that the user has appropriate access to the task and the custom f...

Within the IT division, we've been developing a couple of standard templates for users based o...

  • Personally, I've not seen a difference since moving to IE11. Older versions of IE were extremely chatty, causing a lot of overhead and thus slow performance as well as missing funcitonality of the modern brosers.

  • We use a blend of Chrome, Firefox and IE. Our enterprise standard at Cleveland Clinic is Internet Explorere and user machines are locked down from implementing other browsers. When we were on IE 9, not that long ago, we had a LOT of problems and convinced our desktop team to work with the security t...

  • A few things on scorecards. 1) The score is a % of the total possible. So only projects that have ALL questions answered at full value would receive the highest score. 2) remember that the score should be interpreted in comparison to others. 3) The weighting plays an important part of the over...

  • Sounds like you have a good handle on what may be important in your environment. As to documents, that can be tricky, but with a little creativity you can set it up. The key really would be to have a standard against which you measure. For example, you can identify the documents by using a custom ...
