I completely agree with this! 45 votes is way too many to even be reviewed by the product team since companies have different needs and interests. There are lots of good and badly needed ideas with fewer than 45 votes.

Our organization would not want this feature as our admin team controls the portfolios and programs so if implemented, it should be controllable by permissions so organizations can opt out of making this available.
