I think I understand- you're not looking to grey out these tasks when viewed in a list, but the task landing page itself. That I don't believe is currently possible. Not without some crazy API magic that I won't even pretend to understand.

Its not a system-wide solution, but users can customize their View to do that. I assume "Not Required" is a task status. If so, you can create a rule (using the Advanced Options menu when creating a new View) so that when the status is set to "Not Required", the row is highlighted in grey.

There should also be an indicator for tasks you've marked as "My Priority" in Home as well. Currently, the only way to see what your priority items are is to filter out everything else. I'd also like to see a notation of that when scrolling through all of my work items.

Unless I'm missing something, there doesn't seem to be a way to add PTO from the Home screen. It would be far more convenient to add time there, when you're already looking at your work, calendar, etc. as opposed to it being somewhat buried on your profile page.

If you mouse over the text, it shows the exact date and time...but showing it by default would be better.
