  • Just trying to understand exactly the use case, what do you mean by "engaging with an mbox"? Do you mean that the visitor was shown a Target activity and has clicked on a call to action that was part of that activity? And then they converted so you want to stop showing them the activity?

  • Yes this information is available via Response Tokens, so if you listen to the response from Target and then pass this information in the Adobe Analytics request as a custom dimension. More details here about how to listen for and parse the Target response

  • I'm not sure there are any mobile app-specific examples but the approach for app is the same for web. For example, with a web implementation you will pass the Recommendations attributes as mbox params; for App, you would follow the same approach where you pass those Recommendations attributes as mbo...

  • Have you tried without the Audience applied? There's two things:a) if you want your audience to be based on that "OS" parameter you're passing, then you would create your Audience like this: b) I would expect the Audience you've created, based on the out of the box Mobile > OS targeting, but it migh...

  • There's some guidance in the first few rows of the file, one of which is:"## RECSUse this file to upload product display information to Recommendations. Each product has its own row. Each line must contain 19 values and if not all are filled a space should be left."You only have 11 columns in your f...

  • If it's possible (i.e. either via the tag manager config update or through a development request) you could add a Track Event call that happens based on the same trigger as that form_raq_success call. With this Track Event approach you send a named mbox (e.g. "formSubmit") and then within the Target...

  • Yes, you can do this through the Visual Editor by selecting the paragraph/content you want to change and then choosing the Edit > Text/HTML option You can then add in the text/links etc, which I'd expect would be possible through the plain text editor as below: However, you can also click the "HTML"...
