Pull the plug!!! It's totally worth it. We moved all out most active users over carefully and then called IT to have Classic disabled like Sarah and Heather are saying. Then I sent out a mass email/training info for the NWE to everyone who we didn't train. They were totally fine.

As long as you don't give her permission to view certain items she still can't see them with a plan license (regardless of her access level) If you grant access on a group or company basis then yes you'll need a new group or company created for her and then share only what she needs to see with her....

It most definitely seems like you should be able to do this since the layout of the details is very similar to the layout of the details on every other object.
