The only thing I don't like about this solution is that you can't inline edit your priorities anymore. If you only need this specific adjustment to display in one or two places I would leave it, but if this is a universal thing by group I would change the names of your group priorities in setup.

I don't believe you can throw style rules onto text created from an if statement, but why don't you just use the show text option in the column rules and color it top priorities red? You can do it using the rule builder or your text mode would look like this: textmode=falsevaluefield=priorityvaluef...

Not in my experience. Workfront will rename them universally for you in all the areas they're used in.

I would just use the last update date field. If you do less than $$TODAY-4w that would likely nail what you're looking for (just make sure to filter out completed projects). Kind of. A little bit. Sorta. If you open the print summary on your proof you can see all the comments that were made on (X) version. You can view per comment or whole pages - I prefer the full pages option. This is what it looks like. It's not great - but it's the best we've been able to work out...
