@MayurSatav Assuming you are using Cloud local sdk, this feature is not enabled on any local set up. And is only available on the Cloud Service Instance. You would have to configure this on the Cloud instance only.

@vkarthick You must check the error logs, if any bundle is not activated that is responsible to resolve sightly (HTL) APIs, like org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly We might need to restart this bundle

@JakeCham No GraphQL APIs are not limited to Cloud version of AEM. Any edition with AEM6.5.x version is compatible with GraphQL APIs. @VedhaSri You must check error logs to troubleshoot. There could be many possibilities. 

@navrattanocp Preview server is available with AEMaaCS and hence the provision for Preview URL, which is not available with AEM On Prem. So I believe, it is not and might not be available to AEM On Prem
