Remember that task constraints affect how dates populate and whether they are taking predecessors and durations into account. Remember that manually selecting dates will update the task constraint to "Must Start On" or "Must Finish On" (unless the constraint is already set to Fixed Dates).

Use the $$USER.ID wildcard on your reports to filer to data specific to the logged in user—making it easy for each person to have their own personalized reports and the system admin only has to create one report.
