@MadisenMeyer  If you are using Adobe ID than you should use Personal account option while logging in and if you are using federated id than select the school account option.

@parambirsingh Are those 4 variables different merchandising evars being sent in product syntax ? Can you once check their expiration settings ?

@riyagoyal2000  Contact one of the supported user in your organisation to open a ticket with client care. Also, if your account is old than once check the Expiry Date of the account with an admin of analytics in your company. It might be possible that the expiration date of account has reached.

@riyagoyal2000 Are you getting some EIM instance error ? Is your account newly created in the organisation ? If yes, than open a ticket with client care. If not, than have you tried using some other network ?

@Manpreet1 When you use Entry Page as dimension than the Visits, entries and exits will be same for each entry page listed.
