Hi @B_Sravan I checked the bundles and they are all active. Also, i have AEM 6.5 and upgraded to SP 14.I have JDK 1.8  and maven 3.8.6 I checked the logs and there was  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/lang3/StringUtils

I have a couple of policies that need to be deleted from the layout container. Documentation I referred to are: Delete a policy , Using the document security webpages but these were not as helpful.
