what is the content of this package?

1) Webdav does not work, you can use different webdav client (I use Anyclient) or CRXDE to upload those files.2) Pls check you have no space '/content(/.*)?'

Pls mention proper mimetype:  resNode.setProperty("jcr:mimeType","application/xml"); 

Pls try to rename the index folder from below location and try to restast again- $crx-quickstart\repository\repository$\crx-quickstart\repository\workspaces\crx.default

I found that, there is an issue when you try to connect through Webdav in Windows. So, I use Webdav client. Pls install Webdav client "Anyclient" and then try to connect.Also, if you are trying to connect programetically then add standalone jar in your classpath from here
