I believe the challenge would be that the crm connection is established to forms and not via AEM as we hear, so backend integration to send to crm might be a challenge ? If backend service is the route to send the data 

Not sure I follow , workflows reside on author and this form will be on publish also AEM to crm connectivity is not something that’s enabled to do it backend via code so I am not sure that would work ?

Hi  is there a way to submit data to MS dynamics and also have email sent on click of submit. with the form bound to MS dynamics data source form model, i see the action “form model” so I assume clicking that sends to MS dynamics but what if I want an email sent ?  

Thank you @workflowuser , I cannot use the api unless I build with different archetype. Is there an alternate way ? I know of submit script via rule for submit btn but I was looking for the rest submit that connects to backend for post . 

@Madhur-Madan  If schedule options is used eg scheduleoptions opts= scheduler.expr(expn)opts.name(“name”)opts.canrunconcurrently(true) this is inside activate method and when I set opts in test the line below throws NPE opts is null but prev line runs opts.name(“name”)

I found an alternative way to do which is JS for massaging json in the file before sending to backend system via rules and js (globals export) . But I am clueless how I can get to the backend via rest...
