Okay, It should be the connector. Use the screenshot above and error details to open a ticket with support and hopefully they should be able to troubleshoot for you.    Have you reached out to hubspot as well, may be they have done this for adobe or other vendor and can offer some insight

@sowndharya Ok if that's the case can you check if credentials from hubspot work?  I would test these using postman ( or any other service/code format) to confirm if you can connect to hubspot. If this works reach out to adobe for help else hubspot   

right ok! i did not see that.  For profile you could use the Profile API, This however deletes only from profile store and not data lake.  For data lake, you can use use API to delete a batch, however this may not be ideal situation considering other data within that batch id.         

ah ok! what you could do to test it out is for a same profile with an existing ecid, upload another row with a new ECID and check if both of them show up ( ecid.0.id& ecid.1.id).    or another option if you do not have a test website, use the API (Curl command) to send a fake web event with ECID, do...

@mittalabhi86 Yes this is doable, the best option is to use Data Hygiene service. Use the Primary id to help filter and delete profiles from profile store and data lake.  Here's more details    Deleting Consumers API GuideUI Guide Does this help your use case? 

Ideally the ECID is automapped as identity when an event (web/app) is ingested into AEP, did you manually map the ECID field from CSV to the identity during the ingestion flow and check if that helps?
