Use correct Adobe Reader version as mentioned in the supported platform matrix. Also, you use need to explicitly add the domain to Policy Set, to find users and groups :-Wasil

You should change the location in adminui for all the nodes of the cluster and then restart it.

That's not the correct location to change. You should change it by re running your LCM or using adminui at Home > Settings > Core System > Core Configurations (restart the server after this change).

Configure LiveCycle by running LiveCycle Configuration Manager(LCM) only on one node of the cluster. But EARs must be deployed to both the nodes.
