Hi Filip, If you encounter a scenario like this you could create a workflow that queries the nms:broadlogrcp table which is the recipient delivery log table. Query it for the recipient's email address then you can use an update data activity to delete the selected rows. Regards,Craig

Hello Kushboo, Please open a ticket with the Campaign Support team as we have seen this issue a few times previously. In those instances, it required the Campaign ops team to run the postUpgrade process to regenerate the Campaign APIs in order to correct this issue. When you open the ticket, you can reference CPGNREQ-108471 which a previous example of this that the Support engineer can follow. Regards,Craig

Hi Lain, Running a full vacuum is a necessary maintenance step when using a PostGres database. That said, how often you run the vacuum and the benefit that you will see from it depends upon the amount of bloat in your system. Depending on the size of your database it can take several hours as you mentioned, so performing a full vacuum would really only be recommended one a year at the most. Hi Calum, I think in this case it makes the most sense to submit a ticket to Campaign Support so we can sit down with you and walk through the issue. As the same version of ACS is deployed across all customers I would expect to see numerous reports of this issue if it was a bug within the application but I am not seeing anything in my internal searches. Hi Montez, There isn't anything that you could do personally unless you have direct access to the RT. In this case I would recommend opening up a Support ticket so we can take a look. We can try and export the stuck deliveries and provide you with the CTX but the tricky part is going to be how to reprocess/trigger these emails. It may require some custom javascript in order to make some bulk trigger requests against some recipient identifier. Regards,Craig

Hi Montez, Once a delivery is compiled it cannot be recompiled against a different template. In this case the compiled deliveries that are stuck in pending should simply be stopped and deleted and new deliveries should be created to resend to the originally intended target. Regards,Craig

Hi Felix, This is due to recent changes on the Microsoft side. Hi Yihsiaonbly, I don't believe this is possible since we generally require whitlisting of IPs and keys to be present for the user to access the SFTP. So there isn't really any way to get around the security to create an open directory to download from. Regards,Craig

With Campaign Standard you won't have as much access to the required logs in order to troubleshoot so Campaign Support and Campaign Ops would need to assist in getting the appropriate information to help isolate the issue. Hi Filipe, It would be recommended to use a separate workflow. If I recall using two schedulers in the same workflow can cause issues as the application is expecting a single start point. You can of course test this regardless if you want to try it. Regards,Craig

Hi Sambhav, I would recommend opening up a ticket with Campaign Support. Based on what you are saying, it sounds like either a potential bug with us not accepting the hyphen, or the need for guardrails to be added to the product to prevent invalid characters from being added. Additionally, we may need to enlist the services of Adobe Campaign Ops to update the table from the back-end if indeed the hyphen is the problem. Regards,Craig

Hello, When it comes to performance there isn't a set formula. This notification is thrown because theoretically adding one field could significantly impact performance if done incorrectly. Performance impact will really depend on how much data in general is being added, if those fields are going to be utilized in query joins, and if so then whether those fields are indexed.
