To get page title you can directly work with currentPage.getPageTitle() or currebtPage.getTitle() you don’t need to have dispatcher url. It will work for both author and publisher url.and if you really need the dispatcher url then you can work with resourceresolver.map() to get the dispatcher url

It seems a big on aem cloud service. I tried with image/svg+xml mine type on both aem cloud and aem on-prem and it doesn’t work. However, when I tried with image/svg.* it works on on-prem but still not on aem cloud. So request you to raise a adobe ticket 

If you see a network call to page.model.json then it should be logged in request.log.

By default Aem doesn’t block .svg file from being uploaded on aem. Check your custom configs if you have only allowed certain file type to upload only. This configs are different on aem cloud and aem on premise or ams 

Modified and modified by property are protected property in aem. These properties values are maintained by aem and can’t be modified by any script or even via crx/de

The workflow that you executed for the payload is schedule asset unpublish from brand portal that’s the reason it asking for approval

On your example file extension is missing from the url and if you think that url is correct then above response shows that the asset is no longer available on publisher

In your custom workflow remove the waiting for unpublish step
