@Chandanhindustani Easiest way is to identify runmode in Sightly and pass to useAPI rather than put complex logics in useapi, u can also inject the identified wcmmode as class or data attribute store at body/container level to identify using Javascript.

Hello Team, I read through all other community posts and internet before coming. I have an MSM with master pages setup. While i have created live copy pages and deleted the one of the child item in a container by breaking the inheritance, i am getting my current component converted to "wcm/msm/components/ghost". That is fine as it will help us in re-enabling the inheritance but due that it is causing problem in Publisher as well since it is getting extra since by default all childs under the la...

Have to followed this document https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/target/using/implement-target/client-side/faq-at-js/target-atjs-faq.html Also I would suggest to post this question to Adobe target community for better reach.

There you go... you can clearly see that in Dispatcher #2, Dispatcher is adding few headers to show the publishers that it is a legitimate request... such as below Adding request header: hostAdding request header: ViaAdding request header: X-Forwarded-ForAdding request header: Server-Agent And it will result as something similar torequest.headers[Via] = "1.1 x.x.x.x (dispatcher)"request.headers[X-Forwarded-For] = "122.225.226.181"request.headers[Server-Agent] = "Communique-Dispatcher" In Apache ...

If incase Dispatcher #1 declining the request, can you please attach the error.log. Mostly it should be w.r.t Request headers. Playing with it should solve the problem, by configuring Apache#1 to stop propagating the AEM related Headers to Dispatcher#1

@Veena_Vikram Shashi again 😀 Did you tried the approach of keeping RTE simple with tel:value in the link which will work OOTB and then converting tel:value with the format you are expecting like tel:${someproperty['value']} from backend either from sightly \${test} with escape sequence or using JSP for that piece.

@PreetpalSinghBi have you tried setting Apache#1 Ip and port inside dispatcher#2 inside dispatcher.any /render section instead of redirects at apache#2? Clients-->Apache#2-->Dispatcher#2-->Apache#1-->Dispatcher#1-->Publisher#1 Because more or less CDN infront of dispatcher works this way... Client hits CDN, CDN hits Apache, Apache executes dispatcher, which interns renders from publishers. Assume your new Weblayer as CDN and implement.

@BrianKasingli we are planning to send the component for human translation in which we are able to control the items we want to be included via rules.xml configuration but not the order... resulting in which post translation we are getting an xml/excel sheet which has fields in reverse order such as description and title and often authors getting confused while authoring the translated content

Hello Team, Can we control the order in which properties are stored under a component node? If my component dialog has two fields title and description, in my content node description is coming as first property and title as second property? Can we somehow control this order? @kautuk_sahni @Arun_Patidar @BrianKasingli @Jörg_Hoh @Theo_Pendle

@Niveshchandra I can see three possible issues, 1. Network issue between AEM author and publishers, 2. AEM author restarted after replicating the page(could be code deployment as well) 3. AEM Publisher restarted after replicating the page(could be code deployment as well). Is it happening everytime for that single page?

@vijays80591732 use pagemanager api page.lock() for locking the page. Please see the below community post for reference https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/lock-unlock-using-page-api/qaq-p/308186

@srikoll it could be because of the mismatch of node types in production and local instance. For /content/a/b/c structure you might have already have part of your structure (ex:/content/a) in local and aem trying to create the rest. If possible either delete the whole structure and import the package or compare the high level node types between production and local, modify it accordingly

Along with answers from @Jörg_Hoh and @Varun_Shakya also consider page SEO as injecting important content via javascript will effectively reduce SEO rankings

@Hemalatha how are you doing this? The asset path in AEM and Dynamic media will not match right? I guess you either have to right a rewrite similar to link rewrites to convert paths for assets in a page by reading the DM image file name from Asset metadata or call write service which will take DAM path as input and gives DM url if synced to DM and call that service in your component

@kaushal_mall I was able to run after removing duplicates but question is it was never an issue before as OSGI used to decide the priority but not expected to resolve during build time.

@salamswapnil As @Arun_Patidar stated, please set allowproxy as true on component level clientlib so that while generating the HTML for the component, you will get clientlib prefix as "/etc.clientlibs" instead "/apps". /apps/* are in general blocked in Dispatcher for security reasons. https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/developing/introduction/clientlibs.html#locating-a-client-library-folder-and-using-the-proxy-client-libraries-servlet

Hello Team, I have a AEM project built using Archetype 23 and i have defined multiple content packages(ui.apps). i have same OSGI configurations defined in them. As per the earlier versions of AEM, OSGI will pickup based on order of runmodes. But with AEM as cloud, Build pipeline failing in Cloud Manager itself stating that conflict of OSGI configurations. Where should i set this "'mergeConfigurations' flag to 'true'"? Error:-Configuration 'org.apache.sling.commons.log.LogManager.factory.config~...
