You can set up a filter (for unassigned you'll need to click on the carat next to the words and then the filter icon should appear.  For assigned work it the filter icon is to the right of the words.  You can set up a filter for project status not equal to dead or on hold to filter those out.

Someone probably left the status as new and went straight to complete, without putting the job in progress first.

You can create a report on reports and add a filter definition column.  That will show you all filters applied to a report and you can probably do a text search to narrow it down.displayname=Filter definitiontextmode=truevaluefield=filter:definitionvalueformat=HTML

You can use fusion to fill in that information from the data on the custom form.  If it's just one portfolio/project sponsor, you could create a template for it.

It doesn't fix the problem that there are a lot of them but we share the proof with our Workfront Admin profile and use that to cancel the proof.  We do it once a week with any proofs that are over 90 days old.  It's usually not too bad once you get caught up but initially it's very time consuming. ...

We also need to see these new custom decisions read correctly when a decision is made and not default to the original decision naming. If this cannot be done, we need to be allowed to enter new custom decisions and allow us to turn off the existing out of the box decisions.

We created a project with all the company holidays as tasks and have those show on the PTO calendar.  We don't use the time off calendar built in since our PTO requires approvals.

You should be able to get to all project fields from a task report.
