You can use policy service API to look up a policy and then use that policy's operand create/update a policy using POST. Once a namespace has been created we don’t have any way to get it deleted/reset and its identity symbol and type cannot be changed as well.

Login to adminconsole.adobe.com, open the AEP product, go to any product profile you are part of and click on the permissions tab. There you will see the option to include your newly created sandbox.
