Clickmap is not admin-only. Just make sure you've checked Tools->ClickMap Installation in the Group settings within the Admin Console.Had no probs so far.

You should probably look into the Administration API. Allows you to easily manage tons of users.Not saying the UI cannot be improved...

maybe make something similar to the googe accounts where I can have 1 login but access several user profiles for the same product. Very handy if you deal with more than 1 user profile for a product.

Would be great to have the ability to assign custom menus and/or custom reports to user groups. This would give the ability to preset commonly used reports for different users. Right now I can only change the menu for all users at once, although I have different experience levels for the users.

Although this correlation is available in the Admin Console, it will not return results. A lot of users ask "Which files were downloaded from this page?". Right now you have to use an additional prop and correlate this prop which confuses a standard user.
