Include link to incident into email from ClientCare

Please include a link to the incident into update emails from ClientCare. Although the history is included, files that were added initially to the incident are not (which is good). But would be nice to have a direct link to the incident.

Please also include a link to acknowledge the pending auto-close state to avoid further auto-close notifications.
