This is available to all admin users in SiteCatalyst 15.

Visits is available in the overwhelming majority of reports in SiteCatalyst 15.

Real-time segmentation is available in SiteCatalyst 15.

SiteCatalyst 15 allows you to compare multiple metrics on the same "over time" graph in the Key Metrics report. (Discover has been able to do this for some time.)

We have added Bounce Rate as a default metric in the Pages report; you don't have to set up a calculated metric anymore. However, we are still looking at adding Bounce Rate as a default metric across the entire product.

Would it work if hourly alert comparisons were made as percentage change over that same hour during a previous day, week, etc.? In other words, would it do the trick if you could say, "for the 3:00 AM hour, compare to 3:00 AM for the past 30 days and only send me an alert if the current day is more ...
