FYI..You can do this by following the instructions in this post plus sending s.pagename to an eVar at the same time... http://www.the-omni-man.com/sitecatalyst/adamgreco/2010/02/08/stop-using-the-file-downloads-report/

Good question...I am ok not having all that Discover does if I could have this one feature. Even delaying data by 24 hours would be ok with me to be able to show my users sitecatalyst data for a segment. I am afraid many of the replies from Omniture will be to "use Discover" but that is not feasible for nromal end-users who are already baffled by the SiteCatalyst interface...

Agreed! One addition to this. I often want to create a "converse" segment which is the opposite of the current segment I am looking at. For example, if I am looking at a segment of 1st Time Visitors, I might like to contrast that with all Non-1st Time Visitors. Unfortunately, that takes a lot of extra work. It would be great if there were an easy way to "create opposite of the current segment." Not sure how feasible that is...just an idea...

Currently, you can see Daily, Weekly, Monthly and sometimes Yearly Unique Visitors in SiteCatalyst, but they are tied to specific time frames. While in Discover you can see Unqiue visitors for any custom date range (i.e. May 5th to Jun 3rd), you cannot do this in SiteCatalyst. It would be great if there were a way to do this (something already available in GA).

There are many cases where you might want to show a classified version of a report, but not show the source report of the same variable. In an ideal world, it would be possible to do the following:See SAINT Classifications in the Menu Customizer as they appear in the regular SiteCatalyst menus and have the ability to hide/move any of them or the source of the Classification. Currently, most Classification data appears in a 3rd level fly-out from the menus and it would be great if I could move th...

Currently, Lifetime Metrics in SiteCatalyst are tied to the date that Success Events started collecting data in a report suite. This is not very useful. I love the v14.6 feature that lets you create a "shortcut" link to a SiteCatalyst report. We use those extensively. Unfortunately, those links only last for one year. We embed those links in our Intranet and woudl like to have them live on in definitiely so we don't have to change hundreds of them every year...

If you are looking at a Metrics report (sorted by date), there is currently no way to reverse the order so you can see the most recent dates at the top. If you have a long time period, this means scrolling all of the way to the bottom to see the information you care about the most (usually the most recent day, week, month, etc...). I think the Graph shoudl remain as it is, but allow you to flip the data table order...

If you have a rdaily ecurring ASI slot and you want to pause it, you can do so in the ASI area once it has stopped processing for the day. However, if your daily ASI slot is way behind (latent), there is no easy way to pause it without losing data in the middle of a day. I would like to see a "Pause Daily Recurring ASI After the Next Day is Finished Processing" feature...

While Fallout Reports are a cool SiteCatalyst feature, one of their limitations is that you can't easily see a trend of the different Fallout checkpoints (nodes) over time. I think it would be cool if you could set-up a Fallout report (say A to B to C) and then see a trend line that shows the fallout from A to B and A to C over time. For example, if I create a Fallout report from the Home Page to Cart Add Page to Purchase Confirmation Page, it would be nice to see the trend of fallout over time....

It would be great if SiteCatalyst had a way to use a "TO:" button in the reoprt scheduler like you have in MS Outlook so when you schedule a report, you can click it and see a list of Omniture users and add them to the distribution list. It would also be great if you could send to Groups. I think more people woudl use the "Group" part of the Admin area if these Groups could be used for report distribution as wel as security...

The current implementation of the Metrics Selector in SiteCatalyst cuts of metric names at a small # of characters. This makes it difficult to grab the correct metrics or forces you to name them differently than you would like. I think it would be an easy fix to change that window to be horizontal instead of vertical so you can scroll and see the full names. I also think the other drop-down items should be tabs so you can get to them easier...

Currently, if you have a Calculated Metric in SiteCatalyst and it is added to an eVar report, you cannot see the totals of the column. This is quite annoying and forces you to pull data down to Excel and run a total there.

When you upload data to SAINT, there are many cases where rows of data will not upload. I would like to have SAINT produce a file that lists the rows of data that did not process and append the reason why the row did not upload. This would help troubleshoot SAINT upload issues.

I would like to have the ability to expire an eVar based upon a time period (i.e. 30 days) OR a success event (i.e. Purchase) whichever comes first (not just one or the other). I would like to see Conversion Subrelations have the ability to act more like 2-item and 5-item correlations such that enabling "Full Subrelations" is not an all or nothing proposition. There are times where I would like to breakdown two eVars by one another, but don't need each fully subrelated to all eVars. This would make my implementation cleaner and reduce the possibility of latency...

Currently, there is no way to do instant segmentation from within SiteCatalyst which is a real draw-back. For example, if you want to make a segment of all Visits where a visitor purchased something or logged-in, the only way to do this is thourgh a DataWarehouse Request, an ASI slot or Discover since there will be Page Views already collected prior to when the visitor took the action (Purchase or Login). This functionality is available in Google Analytics, but that is due to the fact that data ...

I would like to see an option for seeing how the same visitor(s) pathed across my site over a XX day period such that it includes paths from multiple visits. SInce this is probably resource intensive, I would be ok with this only being on a subset of visits or visits matching a segment criteria.
