If you have caught the two exceptions and it still stalls at that place, then there is no other way to handle that particular exception.

I think it is achieveable by customizing workspace login screen by putting some counter to keep a track of successfull logged in users.

Not really. User can share the claimed task if they share their queue with other users. :-)

Normally, this message comes when there is a loop in your process and process runs in that loop forever.There is a limit to the recording size that is present in LiveCycle. Make sure you check for any infinite loop in your process.
