Profile dashboard refresh time.

Hi Team,

The documentation states that profile dashboard provides important information about your Real-Time Customer Profile data, as captured during a daily snapshot.

At what exact time is the update done in the UI? Is it same across all customers or depends upon individual setups/imgestions.

I can confirm the update is done 1x per day. As for the timing, that I am not sure and my best guess would be that it could be different across organizations. Would most likely be best to reach out to your Adobe Support rep for that info.

The evaluation job prepares the counts, while the export job updates them across the UI. You can verify this under monitoring, as it runs daily at a fixed time configured for your sandbox.

@KotiSyamala correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t believe the export you can see under monitoring will be the exact time the snapshot updates

Right after the export job completion, I noticed all the UI elements getting updated.

Hi @KotiSyamala and @DavidRoss91 , thanks for your inputs. From the documentation it is clear that snapshot is taken once a day and I can verify that in profile snapshot dataset also that shows one batch ingested every day but the completion time in dataset view and the profile dashboard last update timestamp don't match,

Even if we ignore the huge difference in timestamps, shouldn't the profile dashboard timestamp be after snapshot dataset last update timestamp?
