I'm looking to optimize my email marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) by targeting different audience segments based on their email open rates over the last 90 days. I would appreciate any guidance or best practices on how to achieve this.
Identify and track necessary fields such as Email Sent Count and Email Open Count.
Create Segments Based on Open Rates:
e.g. I have sent 10 Emails in the last 90 days. I want to calculate avg open rate per person and create segments based on it.
Is there a way for calculating and segmenting based on open rates in AJO?
