Require Unique Campaign ID to all channel interactions related to that particular campaign in AJO/AEP

Hi All, 
Requirement here is to append a unique Campaign ID to all channel interactions related to that particular campaign so that we can do cross-channel interaction analytics in CJA, For Email and SMS, AJO does this automatically and we can track. But for other external channels like Direct Mail, Web, Call Center, Paid Media etc. - we may have to append this in the data feeds manually / programmatically when we collect the data.

 

So the question is - which is the ID we can use for that purpose.

Are you talking about custom actions here? Direct Mail is a channel within AJO campaign and has an Action ID that can be used for future audience segmentation or CJA analysis. Or are you talking about "reaction" or engagement signals from these channels?

We have Claravine and Analytics integration for multi channel interaction.. Our Current/Legacy Campaign management system generate 1 Unique campaign ID which we further share with other platforms to track/analyze the multi channel interaction for that specific campaign. Which ID or attribute we should be using in AJO for unique campaign ID to achieve the same.
