There's a case where the client have list of prospects, which are to be migrated to AEP/AJO and the client need to send monthly email communications to Prospects via AJO where the only known information is their Email Address and Consent Status.
Current AEP/AJO setup uses CRM ID and Loyalty ID as primary identities/namespaces, and Email Address is not configured as an identity namespace.
Since AJO requires an identity namespace to send an email, how can we reliably target and send messages to these non-customer (Prospect) profiles? Is this possible with current AJO functionalities (e.g., using a custom email namespace), or would this use case require services like Campaign Orchestrator or FAC (Federated Audience Composition)?
In AEP, we do have prospect audiences, however I saw on community post that's its not available for AJO consumption. Do correct me.
