Hello ,
Am sending push notifications through a journey. The notifications are being sent and show as successfully delivered in the Sending Statistics section of the journey report. However, I am not seeing any tracking statistics—such as Clicks, CTR, Unique Clicks, or Push Custom Actions. The Tracking Statistics table remains empty for all push actions.
Has anyone experienced this issue or can suggest additional troubleshooting steps?
Are there any specific configurations or common pitfalls that could prevent tracking events from appearing, even when push notifications are delivered?
