Issue With Web Inapps

Since the relase of the new surface system in AJO we have identified an issue with web inapps

As you can see on the image below the inapp content always goes at the bottom of the page no matter how the content is configured in AJO.

We have noted that the div with id "alloy-messaging-container" is independent of the div "alloy-overlay-container" wich wasn't the case before it used to be inside.

Is this supposed to happen?

If yes with adobe tags is possible to inject styles to this divs to handle the presentation but i want to know if theres a way to also alter the div behavior to insert the "alloy-messaging-container" inside the "alloy-overlay-container".

I am setting this up for the first time, but I am also seeing this behavior. Message is showing at bottom of page regardless of layout selected in in-app channel.
