Hi Team,

Question that I noticed there is limitation for AJO Journey if existing profiles entered the journey and max duration for staying in the journey is 91 days. However, my Cadence of program is 3 years' time to finish and exit to the ending point of journey for sending out email on bi-monthly basis. what's the recommended you would advise as the best practice?

@chrisyan You can't have jump activity if your journey have Audience Qualification or Read Audience in the same journey

@chrisyan the only option available is to use a chain of journeys, one each for the 90 days period.

Inside Journey A add a jump activity to go to Journey B and then so on. Please refer to limitations related to this activity

Please note that if a profile is already in Journey B and you want to pass the same individual again from Journey A to B, this won't happen. It is highlighted under the limitations section on the link shared above.

@chrisyan Help me with you plan or starting the process, read audience or audience qualification? does the audience qualify every day or fixed?

Also share some more information about your program.

For the first welcome email, I will start with read audience and sending email to eligible audience. after email action, adding update profile activity to update one attribute which is now thinking to be last dropped code to indicate what's last email sent so another journey will start with event activity created with rule-based condition looking for event table is the welcome email code who received. I will use this new event as starting point also checking the eligible rule if still qualify flags using conditional activity, then adding email2 action then adding a wait activity configure with 60 days wait time then adding another email action for third email, lastly, adding jump activity to continue with another new journey to take previous journey's profiles who received all emails in past journeys. then recurring above steps just different email connected but always update last offer field and create event. until 36 months offer are all complete. this is a lot of work and fragments not a good thinking. looking forwarding to hearing better ideas.
