Failed Individual Journeys - AJO

In AJO for any particular journey we see an Indicator “Failed Individual Journey” in the view report. I want to know what does this mean specifically ?

Whether the person has entered the journey and has exited for some reason (what reasons that can be) ? or whether the person could not enter the journey and the journey was not executed for him (Again what reasons that can be) ?

 

Can anyone please clarify this.

Failed individual journey is the total number of individual journeys that were not successfully executed.

"Failed individual journey is the total number of individual journeys that were not successfully executed." this statement is a bit confusing

Can you tell me, Whether the person entered the journey and the journey failed for him at some point or the person could not enter the journey because of some issue.

Heyy, we added all error exits and the total is not matching for failed individual journeys, is there any query to find all the failed individual member journey.
