Data source configuration

Hi there,

We have use case where we want to lookup the metadata of a offer id, to say offer name etc. The metadata is in a lookup table as described in this video: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/tutorials/schemas/configure-relationships-...

The dataset and schema has been enabled for profile, but I don't see it as an option in the data source configuration in AJO. Is this something that can be retrieved in a journey?

@akwankl, You can't use relationship schema data in journey conditions. It will be available in the audience setup and for any personalization.

Does this mean there's nothing we can do to pull those metadata values in to be used in a journey?

yes, unless you use journey starts with event uses experience event type schema or profile schema that has all the metadata. Take a look at this post
