[David]Yes, it's possible. There is a feature to by-pass the profile creation but I believe it's a Limited Availability. You may need to reach out to Adobe CSM
. If not, we need the ability to mask or hash the email address for specific use cases where the email is considered sensitive or secure.
[David]: it's also an option but keep in mind that to send the email, the address needs to also be part of the payload and not hashed.
You still can use the create profile option as it's creating an Unknown profiles under the AJO Interactive Messaging Profile Dataset. This dataset has a 30 days expiration if not reuse (Please confirm with Adobe Engineering or Adobe Support)

Thanks David. This feature must be enabled or just following those steps is enough? None from support side can give me an answer regarding that Limited Feature. Does it have an specific name?

@nnakirikanti on a implementation I did. The client migrated from ACC to AJO and had Message Center. So he asked for an equivalent. I can't confirm if it was an exception, but I
