We are trying to setup a test where an AJO journey can send an in-app notification to the app. We have setup the app code, the config needed in datastreams, extensions under tags and yet using assurance we run into the below error. Does any one have thoughts on suggestions on what we may be doing wrong? The below error was found in Assurance under the In-App Messaging tab. Did not detect the required configuration values. Please ensure the following values have been configured in Data Collection: experienceCloud.org, edge.configId, and messaging.eventDataset.
We have validated that configif and expriencecloud.org are correct. What is left is the eventDataset. There are 2 places this needs to be set.
1) Under datastreams for the AEP service where we created a custom event dataset that had mobile sdk. This dataset was not profile enabled.
2) The extension under tags for AJO and in this we set AJO Push Tracking Experience Event Dataset. per the documentation here -- https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/edge/adobe-journey-optimizer/
The goal is to be able to qualify an audience and serve the message based on the trigger condition. Thanks for your help if anyone has encountered this and solved for it.
