Hi All,
We have an existing AJO email journey which runs in real time and send email to the end user/customers. We have a new requirement to share this same email content to other department within the organization like agent / customer care team for a reference. we need to share each users email content to these teams like how end user seeing their email.
Is there any way we can achieve this.?

We have achieved this by enabling the BCC option, where each customer copy is as is sent to the list of folks in BCC. Please find more details on Archiving support in Journey Optimizer | Adobe Journey Optimizer under 'How to use BCC for emails'

Thanks Mohan_Dugganab for your response. We are explore this now.
however there was concern raised for this BCC email option that ,
1. email volume will be double counted which will impact the contract level agreement.
2. all the reports /CJA will show double counted
3. there are few other asl well.
