Description -
In AEP/AJO we can see the events on the customer profile, however it would be beneficial to be able to see just summary of specific event types.
Why is this feature important to you -
Need to see a summary of the customers email experience within the AJO tool.
How would you like the feature to work -
1) Either an additional tab, that shows all sent/delivered emails to a customer - with their open/click. This would use the Journey & Message Name, with a link to view the journey.
Current Behaviour - only able to see a list of message feedback events in the profile, which does not include the journey names only the Journey IDs. No Abiltiy to filter by event type, so just endless scrolling.
