I have two question I'm hoping someone can help, thank you in advance.
1. How do I request to update to the latest license version. We are running version 6.5.22 ( will upgrade to 6.5.23) but the product displays 6.2.0. We need to have 6.5.23. Please see attached screen shot.
2. How to I request entitlement to open a ticket for future support.
